Looks like a very fun game but saying it's better than GTA 4 mights be a little too much

Well I assume your reffering to the graphics of GTA4, in that case GTA is better for sure, but as far as interaction, activities to do, custimization of characters, vehicles, saints row is much better

There is NO sandbox game, that will be better then GTA IV for now.
and Saints Row 2 is def not better then GTA IV.
GTA IV is the king of games.
