Who ever it is, might be using a computer at a kinkos or a public location and cant save the pics on the computer before uploading them. Cuz damn, how lazy can you assholes get to not properly upload a friggin pic?

that would make sense if you only could insert images from local computer, but you got the option to upload from a website url, so no more excuses you lazy pricks!
