I workout a couple times a day, around 12 I do my first later I swim, then after I workout again, I just want to know if that will be more of a benefit then just once a day.
I don't do the same body parts, I take protein, vitamins, eat healthy.. Age 15 Is that ok?

Depends on what your end goal is. What you're preparing for decides how hard and how often you should work out on a daily basis.

you shouldn't work out with weights too much right now unless you're at a height that you'd like to be for the rest of your life, and you should only do like 2 major muscle groups per day, like chest triceps and abs one day, legs and shoulders another day,and back and biceps another day, but you should run or swim every day anyways. and give yourself an off day every couple of days.

I try to workout at least twice a week. Depending on my work sometimes I end up doing more.
