most probably a touristic resort somwhere in south east asia,. malaysia, philppines, thailand

Yeah, usually places like that are not a home for a person.

It's mostly tourist areas.

The revivals from the 20's & 30's are my favorite. Look at that hardwood floor, the arches, the tile work, the beams.

Most of the beach homes along PCH that i've seen are hodge podgy and shacky looking. Nevertheless, they are on the beach and isn't that what it's about?
Speaking of Spanish revivals and bach homes. If anyone has ever watched Two and a Half Men, that set is a prime example of a spanish revival's interior and it's on the beach. How awesome is that?!

I'm more of the opposite, I prefer small cozy homes.

This might sound weird but I hate those huge houses you see on cribs.

Do you really need to have 13 bedrooms? I think 2 - 3 bedrooms is enough for anyone.

Same here, I like small and cozy homes over huge mansions with useless bedrooms.
