No,,, not weights. No you need resistence to break the muscle fibers in a more precise way. cables or resistence bands. And like the folks said over and over,,,a good diet.

| True, cable and resistance weights have its purpose. But keep in mind when using free weights, the muscles being developed are formed looking more natural and the weight is more evenly disbursed through her arms. |

u know i had the same problem. I was 110 lbs in high school and first yr of college i went to 149 lbs. I had gained almost 40 lbs and looked real bad. Most of the weight went to my arms. Every body is different. It might take u a while to lose the fat on ur arms. I dn't think its impossible. Unless is genetics.
I knew if i lost weight i would lose my arms too, but it was sooo hard. my stomach and thights were nice and toned after 2 months of workout but i didnt see any diff on my arms. I jsut lifted alottttt of weights. and it worked. good luck |
