amd used less power and can handle more processes..
however intel has more internal cache than amd but it really does not matter.

Intel is by far better than AMD. Intel can handle more programs running simultaneously, can render faster, and works faster. AMD may have some advantages, but Intel's advantages are far greater. The only advantages of AMD are price and power usage. Most operating systems are geared towards working better on Intel than AMD. The extra money is worth it.

Statistics, schmatistics...
I use an intel at work and an amd at home. Intel is only a little bit faster at rendering. But, amd is better for realtime performance. AMD is my friend...I shall never betray it. :)

Intel is about 5 years ahead of AMD. The Core 2 architecture kills AMD.
I remember when AMD used to be on top, but they suck now.

lolz....I admit...I used to love AMD. But I like them both now. I guess it's because I almost always root for the underdog.

Most gamers love AMD but they quickly changed as Intel stomped over AMD for the past 2-3 years :D
Almost everyone moved to Intel already, even render farms.
