sometimes I get these cravings where I just want to eat everything there is but i know I shouldnent. Is there anything I can do so I dont feel like eating?? like chewing gum? is that true that gum makes you less hungry? please help. :?

I have never heard of the gum thing, but i do know that there are pills you can take that will make you not feel like eating all the time.

i wouldnt recommend those, they make you gainw eight after you stop taking them. i recommend eating fruit everytime you have a craving. Especially apples, they make me full fast plus they are good for you.

just eat what you want



i eat all the time but dont gain weight because i do sports everyday





but if i was a girl i wouldent think that much if i was alittle chubby



i hate when people judge others because they are fat or just dont fit to the ideal image that are made in the media



you should always be proud of you self and if you dont want to eat because you are afraid that you will gain weight then i feel sorry for you

the fruit suggestion is the best one by far i think. so everytime you feel peckinsh, have a banana, its filling and also sweet(ish) so you fool your stomach too! :-) alternatively, just eat a lot and do some exercise (i am not saying you dont) but as you eat more, exercise more too...play footie or something...

Like the people above me have said, try to eat lots of fruit and healthy things and cut back on the fast food junk.

you can do what oprah says:
drink a big glass of water and wait for 15 min....if you are still hungry, then eat

just eat until you are full. I actually do eat a lot, but I space it out instead of having 3 huge meals a day I do more like 5 small ones, I'm also a vegitarian and alot of fat comes from meat, so instead you could try getting your protein from tofu which is very filling and good for you.

Don't do that. That might get you a little thin but it has far worse health risks.

What I don't understand is why some people keep on complaining about being

fat and keep on eating like a cow. And then they wonder why they are so heavy.
