This is a text editing program, which has possibilities to convert the texts. It can convert texts from UNICODE-ANSI and vice version, also from UNICODE-WSNC and vice version. This program will be more helpful for web developers. The program is completely in Armenian. For using this program required to have Windows XP, Windows 2003 or Windows Vista (.NET Framework 2 necessary to all).
