Its not armenian Vice City LMAOOOOOOOO, ppl just call it that cuz u can do just about anything u want with any texture. Like changes clothes and cars and what not.
First download utorrent (utorrent.com) then go to torrentz.com and search Grand Theft Auto Vice City, read comments to make sure its real. After u download, google search for GTA garage and download cars and stuff.
