The only thing you can do is to stop sitting in front of the tv and of your computer ! If you spend so much time in front of a screen it's normal that you get a headache.
Go out and focus on something else !

| Yea ofcourse i go out , im out more than i am home, but when your waking up at 9 a.m. , dont work, dont go to school, than for sure ima be on the computer or tv, for like 6 hours till everyone else is up, and go get drunk or something. Ok thats good, that i know thats what happens, cuz i was wondering were my headaches were coming from, i hate it, and i cant take any more vicodins since i quit like 2 weeks ago, so ima have to face the pain and sometimes it lasts the whole day and , it reallly sucks.

Just take asprins... that's what I do.
My case was a bit different though. I get a lot of headaches because where I live it's very sunny. If I leave the curtains open, sun comes in and I get a headache. If I go out without sunglasses, headache. IT might be worth putting the brightness down on the monitor too. Give you another few minutes without a headache...
Good luck!

| honestly, i used to get headaches too...you are spending too much time in front of ur computer screen. try keeping a cool glass of water with you and make sure you look away from ur screen every few minutes just so ur eyes dont get strained. I still get a headache wen im playing a game intensively and i cant get away from it...the water helps a lil...but looking away (like outside a window) helps a lot. Dont get too adjusted to poppin pills like advil or headache medicine cuz then ur body will become to used to taking em and thats just not good
