1. Artsakh is surrendered
2. Armenia receives 150000 refugees
3. The economy collapses
4. Armenia is weakened especially the southern part because it's very narrow.
5. Azeris push for recognition of the so-called Khojali genocide as a precondition to open the borders.
6. Azeris demand compensation for 'occupying their territories'
7. Azeris demand that all Russian troops and bases move out of Armenia as a precondition for opening the border.
8. In 50 years Azerbaijan and turkey have a common border and their job of 1915 is finished.
