Hey guys, i just pased my California Life Insurance agent exam, and i got an offer from World Financial group to work for them. But i don't even know whats the group about and how they work, anyone know about this company and the way they work?

lets put it this way, WFG would rather make you sign more people up rather than actually selling life insurance. Its a pyramid scheme. Do not go with them. Selling life insurance in general, u basically lie to people to get them to sign up. But yea, try NY LIFE

Do not even waste your time with WFG, it is a bullshit company that is interested in you bringing in more agents under you, and they dont put time and effort to train you as an agent.
Your best bet is to work with a large company like New York Life, or an independent agency.
I am already in the insurance industry and I work locally, if you need any help or a job let me know and I iwll try my best.

I don't really understand what you mean by wether you give out referalls for free or not. The way it works here, you join the team, you get your office, and if all you do is life insurance, most leads will be directed to you for no charge.
But then you will split the commision with the owner because they handle al overhead including marketing.

I know for anyone new he starts off at a 30 - 70 split....he pays for all the marketing and your business cards, phone line, computer etc.
After six months based off your work and business production your percentage will raise over and over again...
The agency has 7 offices in california stretching from Fresno to Orange County, it is Armenian owned but its organized and ran with Jeiwsh mentality, I started off about 8 months ago and I am already on 40%...

Forget WFG & Primerica (they used to be owned by the same people FYI, thats why theyre structured so similarly). If you can get a job with NY Life and do well as an insurance agent. In 5 years you should be making very close or over six figures. This also goes with any other top life insurance agencies. I mentioned NY life because my friend is a rep of theirs.

I'm a life insurance analyst and have been working for Primerica for about a year I am really happy with my job knowing mekin lavucun em anum and doze ignorant Armenians that say it's a pyramid it's not to answer ur question a pyramid for example if I hire u ur under me and if u work harder den me u stay below me and can never go over ur position in Primerica there is no pyramid if u work harder den me ull go over my position i don't know how wfg works so I can't say anything..... As for ignorant Armenians yete mi ban chgitek be quiet and don't confuse others.... One thing I don't understand is why people believe doze bambasox ppl who think there know it alls and u ask em a question esh esh eresit knayen pisses me offf!!!!

wfg and primeamerica, both companies lie to people to people to make money. A person i know went with WFG once, and when he was trying to sell life insurance to some woman, his boss was with him and during the sale he kept on saying u should join our company etc etc etc instead of selling insurance. that's when u know that company is bullsh*t.

oh I forgot to mention one more thing Primerica is not an agency it's a company we don't deal with multiple insurance agencies we give only Primerica insurance and we give the best rates we don't even advertise.... Any questions u can pm me
