Actually, no, they are/were real. Real enough and violent enough to be included in the street gang truce talks initiated/organized by the Mexican Mafia in the early 90s. Do some research.

Sure, the colors were dark which represented the theme. The material was never brite, but that which was underneath it was. The shoes were always clean, but never clean enough.
The aroma was fresh, and ready for new adventures which only a life free of systematic control can bring. It was worth experiencing, close to 10 years of worthy, hardening, solidifying experiences which can be exchanged with none other than death. Here in France we don't have official gang we are just teenagers from the caucasus and rusophone countries (ukrainians, armenians, georgians, yezid, ....) we are just united and we live together in the same neighborhood, we protect each others from the blacks and arabs and are not wiolent for nothing like ap if the blacks or arabs were cool with us there will be no hate beetween us, but it's hard to be a new generation of immigrants
