I work and go to school full time so I don't have the time to put in 4 hours right now but I think a good protein diet and 2 hours should put me back in good shape.
I think my arms aren't very far from yours. You can ask her if you like.

I saw your arm pic.
What exercises do you do for your abs? Thats the only thing thats hard for me to get. My arms get big quickly without any problems.
Do you take any supplaments?

no protein or any supplaments? How do you work out for 4 hours without taking anything? I did 2 hours today and I was drained.

ya ive gotten used to it already the first year was the hardest but now its easy i started one and a half hours everyday n kept building up

do you do it everyday? Also do you do different muscle groups everyday? I heard that its neccesery to let the muscle relax a day.

ya everyday n ya everyday u have to change it up like one day jus upper body one day lower body one day triceps one day biceps cuz if u do it all at once u get fuked over lol

I did all upper body today for about 2 hours. My bycepts are used to it but my tricepts and abbs hurt. lol

I'm going to do some running before I work out so it should be ok. I'm going to try to do this for about 1-2 months. If I can stay that long then I can keep going.

3 days a week, 3.30 hrs. But I eat like crazyyyy lol im sure if i stop working out ill gain weight fast

i used to work out a lot...i havnt gone in a while and gained a few pounds...thats why i started going again... i feel a lot better about myself when i work out atleast a few days a week, noticeable difference..

Working out is so important! I do 1 hour everyday... 1/2 cardio 1/2 weights
And sometimes boxing. And of course soccer :)
