Immortal Tech is like a spy who used to work for the government, and now he's just spillin all their secrets.

Has to be the most underrated rapper ever.

like tech n9ne

exactly why immortal technique is still underground,
the government has everything under control,
their not gonna let his music leak to mainstream lol
they're just makin sure not a lot of people hear of immortal, even though a lot already know, they don't want the stupid one way thinking americans to hear of him, (the type of americans that don't tihnk outside the box, and only accept the type of info that is fed to them by the government), because idk bla bla bla
lol

^^^that could be a reason...but I think a lot of record labels these days don't let the artists have creative control. You have to make a stupid dance and a * ass catch phrase just so you get signed, and thats the kind of bullshit that ignorant people today buy.

QFA! i said that in one of the other threads too. the guy is sick. his material is raw and his flow is close to perfect.
i think its hes better off staying underground .he doesnt seem like he'd be comfortable being a mainstream artist anway.

Yea, alot of other underground artists are better off staying underground. They need to stick together cuz they're in a league of their own

Look at what happened to eminem after he went mainstream...lmao he made songs called ass like that, and a bunch of * songs i cant even think of right now, eminem was sooooooo dope comin up and im pretty sure u guys dont know how he even came up or how his name got famous...go to youtube and type in 1996 scribble jam... or type in eminem vs. mc juice.......after this battle, the whole rap scene knew who he was, as far as the first guy who said 2pac used to be a stripper, how does he know was he 2pacs pimp? I am one of the biggest 2pac fans ever, studied his life for 7 years, and have met rappers who actually knew him, he wasnt a stripper *, although game did strip at some kind of gay club, 2pac did do ballet in high school... as far as him not bein real cuz he dissed the eastcoast, the eastcoast never showed pac love, ever, when he moved to oakland, where he "learned the game", and got famous, the eastcoast fans never showed him any love...and all the beef he had with nas and chino xl etc, fuk em all...fukk badboy, they can all bow down to pac, greatest of all time, period...the world is still listenin to 2pac, 12 yrs after his death....as far as other great rappers, Immortal is str8 up sick, love his music, and if you havent seen or heard him battle, wowwwwww go to youtube and listen, Talib Kweli, Common, Game is aight, fudge lil wayne that ni99a bit someone else's style, when he first started rappin he wasnt rapping the way he is now...i still love bone thugs, alot of underground rappers like copywrite, sean p, tech and steel(who did alot of songs wit pac)...underground rappers will never save mainstream smart ones, if that were the case there wouldnt be any underground rappers!! they dont wanna go mainstream for a reason, if u understand hip hop then ull understand, look at wat happened to eminem...think and ull figure it out

Bones is the only guy here who knows his facts about pac, he did ballettttt at freakin tamba bay high school......he used to live in baltimore after he moved from brooklyn, then to oakland(marin city)... who cares if he used to do ballet...the guy grew up around females his whole life, from his moms to his sister... if you grew up in the wilds ur gonna become a wild right? as far as he was raped in jail...bones line from that 2pac song, song is called Why you turn it on Me? he disses wendy while denying the rape alligation, would anyone in jail even have the balls to freakin rape 2pac, guy went to jail and came out witout a freakin scratch, he was 2pac for a reason!!! not to mention at the time he was seeing Madonna, the guards actually let him take extra showers cuz they found out madonna was gonna come visit him(even tho she didnt, no 1 would ever get extra showers everrr)...immortal has got to be one of the great lyricists now, has so many great songs like the ones bones named and more, cannibus is dope too, even tho alot of his stuff r notin way too complex, jus mixed wit punchlines and metaphors he is dope at wat he does and has a unique sound, been listenin to him for 4-5 years, mos def, ice cube...some of the great ones who never faked the funk and kept it real for the westcoast, listen to them!!!! if you look at my cd's and mixes...for every 20 oldd school westcoast songs i have in my mixes, i maybeee may have a luda song here, a game song here...only bump the olddddddddd schooll stuff, ice cube, dub c, 2pac, mack 10, ill bump bone thugs cuz they have the best shit from old school eastcoast...me and bones gotta kick it man fo real!!

Pac and Nas were never meant to have beef though. Nas liked Pac, but with the Street Dreams track, Pac thought Nas was tryna cop his style. I've even read an article that Nas himself said that he cried when he heard Against All Odds. Pacs and Nas' beef wasn't as serious as the beef with Puffy and Biggie. Fortunately Pac and Nas squashed the beef before Pac died. And Pac never dissed the eastcoast, he dissed a few eastcoast rappers.

As far as Eminem goes, I think he's always kept it real, it's just that he's not afraid to try different styles. He can be lyrical on a track, he can be funny, serious, hardcore, etc. Em has always been dope. King Mathers is droppin soon and I think it will be dope. Same goes for Ludacris. Luda's always been the type of rapper to always try different styles.

Tampa Bay high school? I don't know about that. I know Pac did ballet at the Baltimore School of The Arts.

Immortal Tech's newest album is pretty dope.. I was feeling that 'Crimes of The Heart' a lot. I'm still looking for the instrumental for that.

But I.T. fell off since his last album, Revolutionary Vol.2. He fudge with his flow and voice too much... too raspy for me now.

And people that always seem to think they know 'underground' Hip-Hop really don't know shit. In fact, almost 95% of the people that think they do only know a few people... including Immortal. In fact, Immortal is usually the 1st underground artist people become familiar with.

Revolutionary Vol. 2 is classic to me. I could bump that album any day of the week. His new shit with Green Lantern doesn't live up to past... and technically, it's not really his new album.

I don't think so much that they're on Pac's nuts, more like they have respect for Pac.
