| An Asian lady hit my car in a parking lot (my car was parked). I was not in the car when this happend but the store owner saw it and called me out. I felt really bad for the Asian because she started to cry and said it was her mother in law's car. I kinda wanted to let her go but my car is leased and if i take it baq to the dealer they r gonna charge me a lot. So anyways, i asked her for her drivers lisence and insurance and she asked for mine. Although I have no idea why she neeeded my DL # bcuz shes the one who hit me, but I didnt wanna argue with her because she was crying. I didnt have my DL on my that time cuz my friend used it the night b4. So when she asked for it i was like u have to wait 2 min until my friend brings it. all of a sudden this bitch thinks i dont have a DL, wipes off her fake tears and calls the cops. My friend got there b4 the cops and i showed her my DL so she kinda felt stupid in front of the cop. But anyways, my insurance called me today and said the asian does not have insurance and my insurance isnt going to cover the damages bcuz its less than the deductable. Wht can I do to the Asian bitch??? I mean i cant afford to pay for it and she cant jsut get away with it. Is there any thing i can do?? PLZZ helpp |

| damn what a f*cked up situation, stupid asian. I've had an asian hit me as well and she's trying to convince me that it's my fault LOL, whatever she was saying i was just shaking my head and she started getting mad, calling me boy n sh*t. |

What you can actually do hun is take her to court. They will put a judgement on her for not having insurance and the judge will order her to pay for the damages. What kind of crappy insurance do you have? That shouldn't fall under your collision coverage it should fall under your uninsured motorist coverage, if you have it. You need to check with a lawyer also.
I am an insurance agent so I come across these every day. Stupid chinese people. I blame their eyes too lol lol |

What you can actually do hun is take her to court. They will put a judgement on her for not having insurance and the judge will order her to pay for the damages. What kind of crappy insurance do you have? That shouldn't fall under your collision coverage it should fall under your uninsured motorist coverage, if you have it.
