less calories in, more calories out -- a person looses weight.
I lost 37 pounds in about 7 months doing that. I work out 2 hrs a day, 5 days a week. The food intake is 70% of the results. If u dont modify it u're not going to loose any weight.
Also in the beginning I didnt loose any weight for a month. I think it takes some time for your body to respond to the changes!

well.. i have lost 40 pounds, but ive gained about half of it back, so i am trying to lose that again. i am eating about 1000 calories a day now, so i dont think it is the calories in, and i work out a lot. i guess i just need to give my body some more time to respond. i was thinking it was because my body is used to all this dieting cuz i have been on different diets, on and off, for about 2 years now. Anyway, thanks for answering

my suggestion would be to eat fresh food, avoid genetically modified food
(I still can't forget the KFC monster which is supposed to be a chicken) and
do a lot of sports. your body will accept whatsoever it needs or reject. my
mother tells that when I was a kid I used to swallow chalk from the walls
meaning that my body needed calcium and this was done inconsciously by
me. of course they noticed this taking me to the doctor and repaired this
lack. and speaking of doctors, please don't forget that you prepare your body
for the future having in mind that one day you will reach to an age when the
doctors themselves will forbid you to eat any kind of foods even if you want to
