My goal was to loose 30 pounds im 152 but I want to become lighter I have lost 20 pounds already and I automatically stopped losing weight for the past 2 weeks Why am I not loosing it ?

Your body has gotten used to your calorie intake so you need to lessen it. You should also start exercising if you haven't been doing so already.

You should probably up your exercise to 1200-1500 because if you starve your body will be more resistant to the weight loss. And you have to focus on eating better not just eating less calories so that your body can metabolize what you're putting into it more efficiently.
You should eat a majority of your calories for breakfast (especially if you're eating that little) and then eat balanced snacks throughout the day with a light lunch/dinner.
Exercise more.

Exercise more. | I eat oatmeal for breakfast fruit for snacks and either salad or vegetable stir fry for dinner and I walk for an hour.

You should start jogging for a few 5 minute intervals in that hour

I find it awkward that I stopped losing the weight because Before I was doing the same routine and I was losing about 5 pounds per week.

You just hit a plateau. Your body basically got used to that amount of calories/exercise and found a balance. You have to f* up that balance so that you start losing the weight again. I don't suggest cutting your calories any more than you already have... just keep bumping up the exercise until you start losing weight again.

Stick to it. If you ever try to go back to what you were doing before you will balloon back up. You have to exercise for the rest of your life

dont excersise more
The more you excersise the more your body builds a tolerance to those excersises. Sooner or later those excersises stop working and require other excersises to take its place or you need to increase the time you spend on that excersise more. Wether its running or weight lifting its the same exact thing. Your body has built a tolerance to it.
Trust me I know by experience, research & years spent at the gym.
ALSO if you lost 30 in 2 weeks then your more prone to gain it all back since it was done most likly in a unhealthy way.
So what you need to do is stop excersising and focus on the most important thing. Which is your diet and what you need.Cut down to 1400-1600 calories of food & cut to 50gs of fat intaked. Increase the amount of water you drink. After the week continue this diet & excersise lightly. You can also lift small amount of weights which helps burn fat.

Its basically what act said.
Have you ever seen the biggest loser? These people lose weight rapidly and then all of the sudden it stops. Here's a site i just found, maybe it can help. If you dont like this one just google weight loss plateau and check out some of the stuff.
