I'm not really a gay rights supporter. I'm not against homosexuality but I don't exactly have any gay friends - but this is ridiculous. Extremely irresponsible of the school to take away such a major institution of American public schooling such as Prom just because of what one girl wanted to do for herself.
This is just BEGGING for bullying and hazing. If the girl gets hassled now, will the school be prepared to take on the fault for it? Pretty courageous girl.

thats not right its her choice if she like women see thats the diffrence between larger cities and small towns in the middle of no where at my prom there were about 4 or 5 lesbiean couples and 3 or 4 gay couples and it was totaly fine with the school i guess it has to do with how man of the students are gay and the narrow mindedness of the school i think its really stupid and she should fight 4 it she can win if she wants to

i think homosexuality is the oposite of natural order of human sexual interatcions so it is logicaly a bad thing. plus alot of gays are just annoying as HELL!!!
