how do u take out ur anger????

i have to punch or break something. i dnt get satisfied til i do.

Very rarely i get angry. But if or when i do, i lift weights. More adrenaline = more energy!

i gotta release my anger there at da spot if i try to calm down il just bottle it in and il snap at da first person who annoys me.

you need to do some deep breathing exercises. Thats not a healthy way to release.

i dnt really have a temper problem im usually really mellow but when i get angry snapp at every1 i just dnt wanna b bothered when im throw my fone at da wall or kickin my tv lol

IF im in a car, I'll just floor it and honk at everyone who gets on my way and all that...


When i get real angry and there's a guy in front of me, ill punch him out cold...

If I get angry for some other reason, I have to destroy something pretty.

Or I complain n nag to my friends so much till I'm tired of hearing my own voice or repeating myself
