Help mee out. Strong
iv been going to the gym for the past 2 and a half months
iv been seeing alot of results
im on kre-alhyline creatine (powder form)
no protein shake but i eat healthy

when i work out i work out
5 times a week an i work my arms out everytime im their
is this wrong?
everyone thats big their does it too ?.. why?
arent you supposed to work out somethin different every time?

i need to know some opininons thanks! Smoking

You're not gonna see any sort of results unless you are tanning and doing some laundry afterwards to go along with your visits to the gym.

You're eventually going to hit a wall if you continue working out your arms everyday. Its a huge misconception that everyone has thinking the more and more you work out the same muscle on a weekly basis, the bigger itll get. This is not true. Muscles grow when theyre resting. Most of the time when you're asleep actually or in a relaxed state.

And you need protein in your diet. How much protein? However much you weigh, thats how much you need per day.

You work your arms out everyday regardless. Doing chest works out a different parts of your arm as opposed to back and etc. You should however take one day out of your 5 days to workout your arms. 1 day nothing more.

Ferny nailed it pretty much. Remember also to have 30-40g of protien every 3-4 hours if building muslce. Dependinong how much you want to gain. Your body only takes in 30gs every 3 hours and the rest just goes to waste.

Just make sure u rest enough that is important since ur new.

You'll learn as u go. Ive been hitting the gym for 3 years. I still learn new things everday. the reason being every body has a diferent body and level of growth and healing.

Most important thing is that u become addicted to the gym. Make it part of ur life like eating is.
