I don't necessarily disagree with you, Dark... we tend to give men too much importance as it is; throwing a fit just feeds into their attention seeking behaviors lol...
Don't throw a fit, Darky's right--but DO communicate and that means calmly mentioning (in this case) that you were confused when you didn't hear from him and that you think it'd be a good time to talk about how much contact you two expect to have and in what form and initiated by whom...
Always anticipate and manage the other party's expectations in a relationship, y'all -- and there shall be no drama
