NO! Its because she looks ugly without makeup and the angle sucks, her chin is FINE she looks like John Travoltas daughter.

if shes looks like a guy then she oviously would look uglier without makeup
and the jawline can look that way because of the angle of the pic
but she will still look the same without makeup
