i want a car with a microphone in it, so when someone isnt driving decently, i could just say something on that mic and they could hear it :) haha
is that illegal? or could i install one in my car? its better than a horn and the finger!

I dont think it is illegal. For a while everyone at my school was doing it.
You need a loud speaker behind the grill or someplace.
