this was for my mom on mothers day recently
Dear mom
dear mom i never really gave you any thing special
i never really showed how much i cared
i never really showed that i actually listened to what you said
after all the rain and pain u still loved me at the end
but i wore out the love you gave me like it was some trend
this peom is all i really have to show to you how much I love and care
after all that writting i did in private i thought this time i'd share
i didnt know how else to tell you i love you
soo im offering you this peom
to show that i know you could have easly kicked me out of this home
these words are comming straight from the heart and all i really have to give you
and all my plans for the future im going to make them come true
we will someday be happy
i know right now my life is kinda crappy
some day i promise im going to be someone
I gues this is just my own little way of saying sorry
i know how much stress i cause when i leave the house
cuz you know the people around me
i know when i go out you pray that i come back every day
Soo mom i promise im here to stay
i know that every day you wish i was still that same little boy
but mom im going to show you that boy grew up to be a good man
And one day everything will work out like i planed
Till then hold on mom cuz i promise you'll live to see the happy days
