if you desperately want to stop norton of starting up then boot in safe mode. click the "Administrator" username that should come up. put the password login and go to the symantec folder and delete all the files. its pretty ancient caveman style but it should do the job.

LOL no its not my name its a bullish email. And booting in safe mode n deleting em couldcause lots of problems. Do this go to start run type msconfig go to start ups uncheck ccapp and then go to services tab disable ccapp or whatever and it won't load AT ALL
oh and this is 200% safe lol
