allright i FIXED the stuff you said & juss incase i scanned it again, nd i got this :

i understand NUTHING when it comes to computers. the only thing I do on the comp is spend aloottta time on Microsoft word and use the internet for my researches. then youtube videos, itunes, ipod, ares, aim, myspace, dis place & dats mostly it.

hamel b4 i got my nod32, i had symantec antivirus and that shit wouldnt uninstal from my computer. it still didnt, so i disabled it -____- && i still dnt get wats wrong with the screen savers. mexkk em yes. rofll

Deleted those...and yea i noticed norton was still on it. if all you did is disable it, im surprised your comp is running normally.

symantec doesnt even open. -__-
i disabled it cuz errytime it scanned it found thousands of 'threats' and the scans took days.

well the web link i posted is a sight to REMOVE norton, cuz technically disabling doesn't remove it.

yeah gidem, bayts it wouldnt uninstall from my computer.
this small window would pop up saying " the feature you are trying to use is on a CD-ROM or other removable disk that is not available. insert the 'symantec antivirus' disk and click OK. "
& that pops up randomly too now -__-

if you desperately want to stop norton of starting up then boot in safe mode. click the "Administrator" username that should come up. put the password login and go to the symantec folder and delete all the files. its pretty ancient caveman style but it should do the job.
