Michael Mann's amazing.
I defy anyone to watch the scene from Collateral and not familiarize with it; the things Vincent says in this movie really hit home and changed how I look at life, to seize the day.

If you're lucky, sometimes you have an epiphany and realize that you should seize the day, that life is too short to just waste it and shine yourself on saying "Soon I'll do this, soon I'll do that...."
